The library groups files by day, newest first, so the thing you were just working on is at the top. Nothing to export, no copy to email yourself, no separate service to sign up for. RENDERED, NOT RAW Markdown on a phone usually means either plain text or a stripped-down preview. Scriptum renders the whole document: - LaTeX math with KaTeX, inline and as centered display equations - Mermaid diagrams drawn on the device, so flowcharts and sequence diagrams stay sharp at any size. Tap one to fill the screen and pinch to zoom - Syntax highlighting for Swift, Python, JavaScript, Go, Rust, SQL and more - Tables that wrap to fit the screen instead of making you pan sideways - Task lists, footnotes, GitHub alerts, highlights, definition lists TWO WAYS TO READ Standard View keeps the structure visible: colored headings, rules, the shape of a technical document at a glance. Article View turns the same file into something closer to a book page. Headings drop back to reading ink, the column narrows to a comfortable measure, and the line height opens up. Warm paper in light mode, deep ground in dark. Both follow your system appearance, or you can pin light or dark. Text size is adjustable, and every document remembers where you stopped reading. FINDING THINGS Search inside the rendered document with the system find bar. Share the original Markdown file from any document, unchanged and still plain text. WHAT THIS APP IS This first release is a reader. Writing and editing live on the Mac, where the keyboard is. The phone is for the other times: on the train, in a meeting, away from the desk, when you need to look something up in a spec or a set of notes you already wrote. More is on the way. Editing on the phone, iPad support and offline handling are all in progress, and this app updates alongside the Mac one. ONE PURCHASE Scriptum is a single app across Mac and iPhone.
