Ok for lightweight work, not more

I used Claude Code to port an existing MacOS widget to iOS. At first this app worked well, but I soon ran into multiple issues. Not enough documentation meant Claude Code had to guess a lot of stuff. The preview did not match the real view once deployed - the actual canvas was smaller than the preview. Took a lot of experimentation to figure this out and measure the exact difference. Finally - after a few iterations, the true widget would not update every time I changed it in the app. Each time had to restart my phone and wait several minutes for it to reload. And - there’s an annoying limitation that it doesn’t support gradient for background colors - only a fixed flat color. Overall started ok but ended up wasting me a LOT of time. I’m switching to the other app which has 3900 recommendations.
