Walk while you scroll and nothing pauses. Hit your step goal and scroll free the rest of the day. THREE RULES. THAT'S THE WHOLE APP. 1. Keep walking, keep scrolling. 2. Sit too long, your apps pause. 3. A few steps, you're back in. HOW IT WORKS A nudge at 1:00, a heads-up at 2:00, and your picked apps pause at 2:30. The timer is shared across every app you pick, so switching apps doesn't reset it. Keep moving and it never happens: walking restarts the window instead of pausing. YOU CHOOSE THE STEPS Pick how many steps it takes to get back in: 50, 100, 200, 500, or your own number from 50 to 2,000. There's no default. Walk them and your apps reopen on their own, no need to open ScrollStep. More steps apply right away; fewer wait 24 hours. YOUR DAILY STEP GOAL Pick any goal from 3,000 to 30,000 steps. Hit your step goal and scroll free the rest of the day. EMERGENCY MINUTES Can't walk right now? You get 20 emergency minutes a day. The clock only runs while you sit, and minutes you don't use stay for later that day. BLOCKERS ASK YOU TO QUIT. SCROLLSTEP ASKS YOU TO MOVE. No app blocking. No daily time limit. Only sitting too long counts. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your Screen Time data stays on your phone. ScrollStep can't see your messages, what you type, what you browse, or which apps you use.
