I have an IPhone 11 Pro and despite pop ups encouraging me to add my storm tickets to my digital wallet there is no way to do so. No wallet icon show up anywhere.

New update seems to have removed the ‘choose the player’ game. I had over 30k points and was ranked in the top 30 all-time. New app looks a bit flashier, but is completely useless.

The UI is just buggy and weird. It's impossible to tell what you can click on and what you cannot. Things that seem like something you should be able to click on, such as your account name, are not links. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it, but there seems to be no way to actually change it. This leaves you to reset your password before/during every game. There are icons under player pick such as "stadium rank" that have no explanation (another thing that you would think you could click on). Basically, this app is still buggy and is clearly missing major aspects of a successful app. Add some instructions and make it clear what's happening.

Starting at logging in or signing up, the input fields aren’t ’touchable’ - it’s a smartphone app!The shop button doesn’t bring anything up. The tickets button kicks you out to TicketMaster which is fine but somehow it can’t show all my tickets. Just some that were purchased through the storm app, not the other ones purchased directly in the TicketMaster app itself. And vice versa which might be a TicketMaster problem but this is 2024 so issues like this should have been easily resolved last decade. I thought maybe I used using it wrong so I clicked the tutorial button and got a 404 error that the page doesn’t exist. So I don’t think it’s me. Why bother with this at all? It really says to fans “don’t bother because we can’t be bothered”. Not great messaging.
