Having trouble

I started the game with 1 ruby and 5 coins. I tried using the coins on hints, and 1 of the 4 worked. The others crashed the game and when I restarted, they were gone. Same thing with the ruby. I tried to use it to skip a game, and the app crashed again, and when restarted, it was also gone. A bit frustrated.

Game crashed and took my only ruby and hints

I love do games but this game needs work. I was enjoying the game until I tried using my hints and the game would just shut completely off. When I got back on it had took my hint. I was ok with that but then when I got to a puzzle I wanted to skip with my only free ruby it shut off again and took my ruby and didn’t skip the puzzle. After that I stopped playing the game all together. Please fix this issue. It’s very frustrating. If it gets fixed and I’m able to finish the game without any more issues I’ll gladly change my review.

Inventory access closes points of interest

You can’t click on an area of interest and select items from your inventory at the same time which makes the game pointless. I deleted and redownloaded and it solved the problem but I stopped playing for the night and started to play again and the problem returned. I was over 1/2 way through the game so I won’t delete and start over. I tried force closing the app which also did not help.
