Secure Visits + is a private mobile safety app for UnitedHealth Group (UHG) field employees, including those at Optum, UnitedHealthcare, and other UHG subsidiaries and companies.
The app provides a direct link to UHC Corporate Security’s Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), enabling employees to request immediate assistance when they cannot safely call 911 or local emergency services.
Important: OSV+ is not a public emergency-reporting tool and does not send information directly to police or law-enforcement agencies.
All alerts are handled by UHC Corporate Security GSOC operators, who coordinate support and, if necessary, contact local emergency services on the employee’s behalf.
How It Works
• Sign in using your UHG or subsidiary Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Tap the alert button to request GSOC assistance
• GSOC monitors app-generated alerts and responds 24/7 in real time
• GSOC may notify local emergency services if required
This app is intended for UnitedHealth Group employees only, including those at UHG subsidiaries and companies such as Optum and UnitedHealthcare.
