It is the best option for tracking self harm and encouraging recovery.

I’ve been using the app for about a month now, and I love how it gives you an encouraging counter when you’ve gone harm-free for multiple days in a row, but it doesn’t punish you for breaking the streak, which helps with not being overloaded with stress and guilt for harms. It doesn’t have ads, and it’s free. It is the perfect resource for anyone who needs a bit of a boost to stop harming themselves. I highly recommend this app, as it has helped me a ton, and it could help you too.

Extremely customizable and effective!

Customized tracking that makes no assumptions on individual harms, symptoms, or treatments. Has a neat interface, and I enjoy being able to print out the chart and email it to my therapist. I’m trying to find all the help I can get, and this all makes me feel like I have a secure and personalized tracker for myself and care plan. Feels good; thanks! Only improvement I can see is the charts removing the color component and potentially being a line chart overlayed with color regions/areas to represent the category. It’s a slight visual overload to see color and bars then scroll to the bottom of the pdf page to find out the meaning.

Review

This is a great FREE app to help track SH, it tells you how many days you have been clean and positive reinforcements for it. It also has a selection of harms you can choose from if there are multiple types. I find this very helpful along with the reports it provides.
