Helpful

I have been finding this very helpful,,,, not only to track my ups and downs but also to keep me accountable. Obviously an app won’t just make everything okay like magic, but it’s a great tool to have!!!!

Extremely customizable and effective!

Customized tracking that makes no assumptions on individual harms, symptoms, or treatments. Has a neat interface, and I enjoy being able to print out the chart and email it to my therapist. I’m trying to find all the help I can get, and this all makes me feel like I have a secure and personalized tracker for myself and care plan. Feels good; thanks! Only improvement I can see is the charts removing the color component and potentially being a line chart overlayed with color regions/areas to represent the category. It’s a slight visual overload to see color and bars then scroll to the bottom of the pdf page to find out the meaning.

Its a pretty good app

I like how you can add your own harms and i also like how you can pick if it was moderate or none or whatever the case may be . I also like how you can add notes ( I figured that out today ) and describe your day or whatever triggered you . If your struggling this is a great app !
