Plan a week of habits, keep your quests and watch your character grow. Wake on time, train, focus, meditate and spend less time on your phone. Self.RPG turns the life you plan into a character that grows. Decide what each day asks of you before it starts: a wake time, a workout, focused work, a calorie goal, meditation, a journal entry, a limit on screen time. Each becomes a quest on that day's board. Keep it and you earn XP. Your character levels up with you, across four attributes: Fitness, Discipline, Focus and Mindfulness. A 30 DAY PLAN Answer a few questions about where you are now and what you want to change. Self.RPG builds your week from the answers, then checks in after 30 days to show how you have changed and set up what comes next. QUESTS THAT CHECK THEMSELVES • Wake up on time: your alarm rings, and you walk 50 steps within three minutes of stopping it. • Focused work: the apps you choose are blocked while a session runs. Pause it from the app, the blocked app's screen or the Lock Screen. • Screen time: set a daily limit. Self.RPG tells you whether you stayed under it, and can block the apps you choose for the rest of the day once you reach it. • Meditation: the timer counts only while Self.RPG stays open with the phone left alone. • Journal: write in the app. Entries stay on your phone. Workouts, calorie goals and bedtimes are marked off by you. PROGRESS THAT MEANS SOMETHING The Progress tab measures changes in what you actually do: more focused work, more meditation, less time on your phone. Challenges and achievements mark the milestones on the way. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no servers, no analytics, no ads. Everything stays on your iPhone, and you can export it at any time. SUBSCRIPTION Self.RPG requires a subscription: annual or monthly, each with a 14-day free trial, or weekly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
