I’m an addict and living lardy

My takeaways from the so-called support audio and files. This program has some good content. Calling myself an addict and while I have a choice, I can choose to live lean or live lardy.

Seriously. Does Lou think calling users addicts and living lardy really help? And I almost forgot that I’m a slave. The entire program is built on the idea that what we say to ourselves is important and affects us. Then the presenters use this kind of language.

Regarding the app… why it has to open safari to play the videos is stupid. Why have an app?

Why doesn’t the app let me add the keys to success cards to my apple wallet? I could then easily pull them up rather than waste paper printing out the card.

Note that I can’t even print the keys to success cards from the app btw - I’m on the latest version of the app. The message I get it that the pdf can’t be displayed.

App doesn’t work

I tried to contact through the website but it’s not easy. Used the app last year fine. This year no luck! Please fix fast! Using the internet version from the phone is complicated too. 😫

Very disappoining

Not only was this not helpful (livinglean), I now have a new set buzzwords to forget. “I’m fat” being replaced with “I’m a muncher” doesn’t help at all. I don’t recommend this at all!
The app is useless, too because it won’t play the videos, which make up most of the program. SAVE YOUR TIME AND $$$$

Edit to developer: you should let the app know that it can play the videos - mine kept switching me to safari which, as I said, makes the app pointless.
The main point, however, is how awful the program is. Truly, TRULY, horribly unhelpful.
