Answer four honest questions and get a reading: where you stand today, on a map of seventeen emotional states from shame to peace. Then talk it through, write freely without being judged, breathe, listen. Every reading adds a point. Over time, the points draw Your Arc — the long line of your inner life, visible for the first time. Nothing here asks you to believe anything. Naming a feeling loosens its grip — psychologists call it affect labeling. Writing about what troubles you measurably helps — decades of research on expressive writing back this up. And the questions themselves are the oldest method there is: Marcus Aurelius wrote to himself every night, and his private notebook has been in print for eighteen centuries as the Meditations.
