An advanced application to track and analyse sports performance for Apple Watch and iPhone

This application includes our advanced Apple Watch app.

The iPhone application allows you to:
- see your activities from
- check your weekly goals
- sign up for classes
- track and analyze your workouts
- check your training plans, created by your coach
- add notes to the workouts and see the notes of the coach
- set the RPE(Rate of Perceived Exertion, Borg scale) of the workout

The Apple Watch app allows you to:
- join Selfloops Group Fitness classes with your Apple Watch as heart rate monitor
- track cardio workouts
- track Concept2 rowers, bikeErgs, SkiErgs
- track rowers, treadmills, indoor bikes and indoor trainers that supports the Bluetooth FTMS protocol, the Bluetooth Cycling Power and Cycling Speed and Cadence standards

The Bluetooth FTMS is the fitness industry standard protocol to connect to the machines.

Workouts performed with the app are automatically synchronised with the Apple Health app, the Apple Activity app and the Selfloops website.

We have added the Selfloops "Athlete Premium" in-app purchase lets you use the advanced sports performance analysis available on the Selfloops website.

An Athlete Premium account can connect to 3rd party services like Garmin, Wahoo Fitness, Polar, Withings, Concept2 and use all the advanced functionalities available on the Selfloops website.

Athlete Premium subscribers can export Apple Health data like sleep, steps, resting heart rate, HRV and more to the Selfloops website.

Issue with syncing the whole workout

It will not sync for longer than 45 mins for a group workout session. It will end the session and then start a new session. It will track the new session on my watch & phone but now on the workout screen at the gym so I cannot easily very my HR

Apple Watch for Group Fitness Classes

Selfloops is outstanding! Spark is the only app that lets you connect your Apple Watch as a heart rate monitor for group fitness classes on the big screen, and uploads all your workouts to the Selfloops dashboard for analysis. I have trained for 50k paddle board and trail running races with Selfloops as well as all my day-to-day fitness over the last 4 years and adding Apple Watch support was a great (and convenient) addition!

When it works it’s nice but

Missing without because even thought it says it’s connected to the rower it doesn’t record the workout. Had one where it recorded a partial workout.
