Transform your daily habits into an epic adventure. Build a hero, join a guild, battle friends, and complete quests that map to your real fitness and habit goals. Every workout, healthy choice, or routine task earns XP, gold, and gear as you level up in‑game—and in life.
Guilds & accountability: Join a guild to stay consistent together. Share progress, cheer teammates, and keep each other on track.
PvP battles: Challenge friends in strategic, turn‑based hero battles. Win bragging rights—then rematch.
Epic Quests (core habits): Track your key exercises and routines as main quests. Complete them to earn XP and gold.
Random Side Quests: Stay motivated with surprise micro‑challenges that keep things fresh and fun.
Character progression: Level up, boost stats, and unlock power as your real‑world consistency improves.
Dungeons: Dive into two dungeon types that test your strategy and strength using your leveled‑up hero.
Leaderboard & friends: Add friends via ID, compare progress, and climb the ranks.
Shop & gear: Spend earned gold on items and equipment to customize and strengthen your character.
Custom Quests: Create your own quests to fit your goals—fitness, wellness, study, or daily routines.
Why it works
Game loops that stick: Rewards, streaks, and progression make consistency satisfying.
Social motivation: Guilds and leaderboards keep you accountable.
Micro‑wins: Side quests turn small actions into momentum.

The App is great. As an athlete, I’ve always wanted an easier way to get myself to do workouts in my off time, not when I just have them with a team. This app gamifies that process, which I love, and you can also choose different difficulty levels based on what youre able to do. I’ve started on the “B” class daily quest, but theres many others that are easier for people getting into taking care of your bodies, and much harder levels. The review is 4 star simply because it only tracks health app right now, which for me only tracks running while my phone’s with me, which I sometimes don’t do since I have a WHOOP (fitness tracker band). Once the dev team can add more tracking for fitness/health trackers like Whoop, the app would be 5 star for me.
Daily leaderboard for friends
Davhrs
First off love the app I just got my friends and some of my family to download It. This app has so much potential. I would LOVE to see like a daily leaderboard board in addition to the level leaderboard. It could show out of all your friends who has the most steps that day and who has the most push-ups, sit-ups etc. The if you have the most steps you get a title same with the other ones it could be like who has the most steps over a month before you get the badge or title for just your friends. I would also LOVE to see a Title that’s very very hard to earn like you should have to get push up supreme being, sit up supreme being, run supreme being, squat supreme being and some other challenge. I think it would be really cool to see as like another goal to reach. The title would show that you have put a lot of time and worked really hard for it.
Love the game, don’t like the new update

This would be a 5 star review if the newest update didn’t happen, I liked how all the daily quests were in one section and there were difficulties so that you could work your way up, the game set the goal for you, but now you have to decide how many to do and there isn’t a set goal. Again no hate to the developers this is a well made game and these are just some of my ideas, Also the switch to tracking health app data instead of manually entering your runs is a good idea but there should be an option to turn it on or just keep manually entering the amount you ran because me personally I don’t like to hold my phone when I run or have it in my pocket and I don’t own an Apple Watch to track my runs while I’m on a treadmill, I would rather enter the amount I ran once I finish my run. Anyways my main point is I liked the daily quests difficulty settings and as your character got stronger you could unlock harder difficulties, I really wish you guys would bring this feature back!
This has potential is future updates are done right

I love this and i hope it gets bigger throughout its lifespan but i would love to see a worldwide leaderboard, competition, co-op dungeon with friends, Integrate ai so it tracks how many works outs you did and make you work for the achievements (example if u did only 10 push ups, it should make you do 15 or 20 etc etc) and have it do math to convert that into your daily or side quest. Maybe a world boss where people can work together for a month str8 to defeat the boss and base on your level it gives out rewards thats = or higher from your level. The devs have options and hopefully they can get more trackers and stuff integrated in this app. Shoo if this gets bigger add a nutrient goal as well and have it grab info from myfitnesspall lose it etc. I wish you guys best of luck and i hope this becomes bigger.
-Completely reworked dungeon system and difficulty balance
-Exp easier to obtain
