SendScan 1.1 release notes Thank you for welcoming SendScan with your downloads and actionable feedback! This first update focuses on customization and improving on-device OCR, so SendScan can better adapt to the way you scan and share documents. What’s new: • New Settings screen. While most customisations remain available in the top left menu, there’s now a dedicated “Other Settings” section that brings workflow sound, default naming and OCR options together in one place, so they’re easier to discover and adjust over time. • Speaking of the Workflow completion sound, you can choose whether SendScan should play its cheerful 'yeepee' completion sound when a workflow finishes, or stay completely silent when you prefer a more discreet experience. • More customisable OCR language control. By default, SendScan’s on-device engine automatically detects text using your system language plus English, which already delivers excellent results. For people who often scan documents in other languages, you can now explicitly add those languages in Settings to squeeze out extra accuracy while keeping everything private on your device.
