So when you run a sequence, you chose between three levels: the essential, moderate, and ambitious versions of your routine to account for the time or energy you have. Repeating the essential steps of a sequence builds the muscles to keep you on track, and makes sure you’re achieving the necessities.

I’m an independent developer and I’ve created Sequence to fill a real need in my own life. My priority is providing a useful and easy to use product, rather than price gouging and upselling. That means no tracking, no ads, and no AI. I don’t want your data, so Sequence doesn’t collect it.
