I cannot get the IOS app to work with the camera surveillance equipment. It will not connect. Does the app need to be updated?
Phone app
These negative reviews are bs. You have to have the viewer connected via Ethernet cable to view remote on phone app. People are rediculois, read the manufacturer’s instructions before leaving bogus feedback
Great app very simple
Just plug the main unit into you internet and follow the instructions, all of the people complaining must be very dense I literally just figured it out off the top rated comment on the store
