PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Recording audio and your notes stay on your phone unless you choose to export or share them. Transcription happens on-device. If you enable Transcript Polish & Naming, transcript text is sent through our server to OpenAI to correct misheard words and suggest titles. Your church and denomination from setup provide context for corrections; naming also uses recording length and word count. This optional feature requires internet and can be turned off in Profile → AI & Privacy. Our server does not store transcript text. See our Privacy Policy for processing and retention details.

Sermon Notes requires Pro after onboarding: a weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscription covering all core features. Eligible new subscribers can receive a discounted first week on the weekly plan, followed by the regular weekly price. The yearly plan has no introductory offer. Current pricing is shown before any purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings. Restore Purchases is available on the paywall and in Settings.
