Servbank Mortgage 4+

Mediocre at best.

The app can only be as good as the company and I’ve had issues as a whole with Servbank. I’ve been double charged twice. Once on their end and it was refunded in 4 days. Once on my end I added a small payment to my monthly charge and was charged in full a second payment. It’s been 22 days and still no refunded despite being told I’d receive it.
The app I have trouble logging in on occasion as well as finding important documents.

Login Issues

This app will not, unlike other apps, allow me to save login credentials to my phone passwords and work. Also, the Face ID function doesn’t work. Lastly, the two factor verification won’t allow me to select text messages instead of email! Quality speaks volume, especially with access and security issues! Please address these concerns! Thanks in advance!

Does not work

I echo the previous review. I cannot login with this unusable app. You can’t scroll down to enter your login info. Clearly there is something below. I can login on the webpage without issue. Never seen an app like this. Unfortunate as we came over with the sale of The Money Source which had an outstanding app. Too bad they didn’t use their tech when they bought them.
