The Service Finance mobile application allows registered dealers and their authorized agents the ability to securely apply for customer financing while on site 24/7. The secure application can be filled out quickly by leveraging some exclusive add-ons that allow it to capture demographic information by simply scanning the customer's driver's license. Agents will also be notified with an underwriting decision real-time on the device leveraging the device's native push notification system. Agents are also able to snap a photo and upload work orders and other stipulations leveraging the existing camera on the device. The app also allows the agent to provide a touch interface for the customer to easily sign their loan documents electronically. This grants the agent the ability to successfully complete all the required tasks before ever leaving the property, greatly reducing the processing time. The agent then has the ability to follow the progress of the request through all the steps and manage their individual pipeline real-time. The office administrator will be provided with access to the agent management dashboard upon successfully registering for and completing the training. This tool will allow the office administrator to grant and delete access to the mobile application.

Service Finance does not charge a fee for the use of its free mobile application. However, web access is required and third party message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for specific fees and charges. A supported mobile device is needed when using this application. Use of the Send Document Feature requires a supported camera-equipped device. During the installation you will be requested to trust certain features of the application, in doing so, you are allowing the application to use those features. Using the EZ Sign Portal feature redirects the user to Service Finance's secure url for easy execution of documents.

App not working
I’m trying to create an account but it’s asking for a dealer number. What do I put for that?
I love the speed. You can scan a drivers license and get an approval in seconds. Best of all the there are no paper documents. The customer documents their acknowledgment in a few places and you’re done!
To login online from the browser you need a user name and password,
the app is asking for email and password to login and it will not work.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
