ServiceU Mobile My 4+

I do not experience crashes like the previous reviews however the previous reviews are two years old and so is the most recent update with a very apparent appearance that it was designed for iOS 6 at the latest. It would appear this app is not of great concern for ServiceU.
As an organization user who provides AVL equipment it would be nice to see more information than event times and number of tables needed in the room. There is no option to see the other fields of information. Otherwise, it's usefulness is extremely limited to a significant sub-segment of its clients.
Sadly, I do not expect any updates to this app since it remains untouched for two years. What saddens me more is that looking at the company's website, they say they are not resting on their laurels and continue to develop and enhance their products. This app looks a lot like laurel-resting and it's on stale, moldy laurels that they are resting.

This app is so outdated. It hasn't been touched in almost 3 years. It is not optimized for anything past the 4s. I can't schedule an event from it due to the times not being able to change. I can go to select it but then it won't let me actually pick times. The only thing this is good for is looking at scheduled events and that is still a poor experience. ServiceU really needs to get with the times especially with it's integration with Fellowship One. It has the possibility to do some amazing things but no one has the creativity or the ability to be innovative there to update it

Horrible update. Now I can't see the numbers/dates on the calendar view before clicking on individual dates. Shows days of the week but no numbers in each box. Very unhelpful. Wish I wouldn't have done the update. Also looks glitchy after selecting a date and viewing several events for that day. Also wish you could make new events/reservations from the app especially since the website isn't mobile friendly.
