2 stars for 2 mess ups.

2nd occasion I’m unable to enter a door because the app is having issues. Iv called before and the “fast team” was able to roll out a fix within a hour or so but still. I’m wasting time when I can’t enter a site.

App could use a lot of improvements

This app is slow to connect to bt devices, it disconnects from devices when trying to log in and the only fix is to kill the app and start again. I was told that it would be a fast and efficient way to access sites, but it has been a continual headache. It works correctly about 30% of the time.

This app is JUNK!!!!!!

This is the biggest joke of an app. Every time we try and use the app it always tells us to update. This is on a daily basis. So we basically have to update our app every day before we can even use it
