SetCue brings flexible interval training to iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Build short sessions or combine complete workouts, review the sequence, then focus on moving.

YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING WORKSPACE
Plan repeat days and a weekly goal. Build sessions from 20 offline exercise entries or your own exercises, and customize 8 ready-made arrangements. Review 7, 28 or 90 days of training and keep private effort ratings and notes. Plans, custom exercises and reflections stay on this device and are not part of iCloud workout backups.
IPHONE DUO TRAINING DESK
On the inner display, keep the large timer beside your upcoming intervals. In a partial fold, the desk adapts to the divider. Close to the outer display and continue the same workout. Requires iOS 27.1 for the native folding layout.
FOLLOW CLEAR CUES
See the current exercise, large timer, next interval and overall progress. Pause, skip, reset an interval or lock the controls. Choose voice, beep, bell, haptics or an audible metronome. Use selected local audio or your iPhone music library where available.
MORE THAN INTERVALS
Use the stopwatch with laps and configurable countdown presets. Keep a local training history. Export a training file or import a shared workout after reviewing it.
OPTIONAL TRAINING LINKS
Publish a fixed workout snapshot and send its link. Recipients can preview the sequence and explicitly import a copy. Keep the private management recovery code to revoke the link or delete cloud content. Anyone with the link can read the snapshot; copies already downloaded cannot be recalled. Health history and music files are excluded.
OPTIONAL SYSTEM CONNECTIONS
Use independent Apple Watch training and transfer summaries to your paired iPhone. Enable Health saving or connect a compatible standard Bluetooth heart-rate sensor. Optional iCloud backups preserve your workout library and ordinary settings as restorable copies.
ONE UPFRONT PURCHASE
No subscription, ads or workout-count limits. Local training works without creating an account. Optional Health, Bluetooth, Music, notifications and iCloud features use separate system permissions or services.
Background reminders depend on supported system sessions, audio, notification permissions and device settings. Force-quitting the app does not guarantee continued cues. Music files and third-party streaming downloads are not included in shared workouts.
