IMPORTANT

It’s a great app so far jus have some minor issues and hoping some updates would come soon. First - for the add-on feature to allow you to create categories within the add-on section…if you have more than one service with the same name and same description but with different prices in different categories when you go to choose an ad-on all services from all categories show up and the customers don’t know which one applies to them because they can no longer see the category which would have the appropriate price in it.

Second when using the app you can not see customers address or other relevant information but when using a PC or using the browser on your phone you will see all the information from the calendar this would be good if you could allow the app to reflect the same level of information to be displayed

Only one complaint...

For free scheduling this is great. I have no real issues while using it on my computer. My only complaint is with the app itself. When displaying your appointments, it doesn't leave gaps where your open time is. It shows them in list form. It would be much easier to see when you are available if it displayed all hours of the day with both appointments and open time just like on a regular appointment calendar. Otherwise, it fulfills all my scheduling needs.

*Update: As of Aug 14, 2017 in the app, you can now see 3 days of your week in an appointment book format. So happy for this update!

There are another couple updates I would like to see on both the app and the website. These are not complaints just suggestions. For a free service I have been very happy! The updates I'd love to see are: 1)Easier access to a clients past appointments. Rather than have to look them up under the client list it would be nice to see them when you tap on their current appointment. 2)The ability to copy the current appointment to reschedule them for the exact same thing for their next appointment.

New updates

Truthfully, I used to love Setmore. It was super easy to use very straightforward. You never missed anything with the way that it was set up. I had access to view all of my clients past appointments so it would help both of us know when they were in the last time, I was able to click a button and all of my notifications were right in the app and it was extremely convenient. After this latest update, I no longer have access to my clients past history. I no longer can see all of my notifications within the app, I only see the ones that are sent to my phone screen, my app glitches and it won’t show me appointments that have been booked and I have just had more issues with it than I ever have in the last four years that I’ve used it. I would love for them to bring back the activity button and I would love for them to bring back the ability to see my clients past history again, if the glitches aren’t fixed, I will have no choice, but to move to a different app for booking it is extremely inconvenient and very unprofessional to have as many glitches as this App currently has
