Good … when it works

This tracker app is good, when it works. The last few days it has not been tracking. Our trucks look like they’re standing still on the freeway or showing they’re in a different town, etc. we called a couple of times to report the problem, but there was no answer “due to high volume of calls”. We left a message instead, as they requested, twice, to get a call back, which never happened.

I see other people saying it’s has not been working for them. I will say the desktop version was not very good, but on my phone it’s great. Consistently shows the location of my truck and has 10-15 second refresh which for me it’s more than enough. I use it strictly for tracking as a security measure. It seems that other people may not be satisfied with its services as they may need additional services or a real time GPS. But if you just need security to know where your assets are and keep your drivers honest it’s been extremely helpful.

When it works its tolerable, but the problem is it doesnt often work. For the last two days the tracker has been displaying the correct movement of a shuttle, but in a completely different area, showing that the shuttle is driving through airports and through peoples backyards. Also the refresh rate of the tracker in general is kinda awful. It doesn’t refresh often enough to show where the shuttle is turning, just where it is at the moment and where it is 15 seconds later. Also theres no way to permanently set it in satellite mode as it goes back to map-view whenever you exit the app.

ATTI, Shadow Tracker whatever this company is named. Worst “contract” company, we have 3 trackers that don’t work and they have so much red tape just to return them! They won’t even do straight up trades for the trackers. They have shady practices during your “3 year” contract, worst support ever, only tech support answers emails If it is a tech issue. This company is very difficult to deal with, they promise you the world of of support and red tape you for any type of return, stay far away from this company ATTI go with any other company! We have legit complaints and they tell us to refer to your terms and agreements.... once they say that there is no compromise with them. All we wanted were trackers that work!!!!!
