Welcome to Shadow Workshop, a handmade puzzle adventure where shadows become real. You are the lighting artist. Lumi is the little explorer who follows the path you create.
FOLLOW THE LANTERN TRAIL
Explore 100 individually arranged trails with one to four shadow crossings. Climb or descend paper steps, collect every lantern spark, and rebuild from wooden beacons. Some routes end with a spring jump; others lead along wood. Drifting ink wisps, narrow overhead passages, and different crossing sequences change the plan. Observe from a lookout, then choose a clear moment to continue. Your latest beacon gives you a place to try again.
BUILD WITH SHADOWS
Drag a blue light target to move a bridge, ramp, climbing path, or shape key. Pull its green handle to resize it without moving its center. Later, move lamps, aim beams, and turn or slide paper pieces to reshape their silhouettes. Amber shadows hold bridges and ramps, mint rungs become climbing paths, and lilac outlines open shape locks. Tap Try the Path when your construction is ready.
FOLLOW THE LIGHT
Discover colored glass, circle-marked red signals, diamond-marked blue paths, and violet shapes made by overlapping red and blue light. Turn finite mirrors to bounce beams around corners. Switch between ground and wall projection papers as the workshop opens into new spaces.
100 WORK ORDERS, 10 PAPER THEATERS
Begin with a tiny bridge in First Light. Explore Puppet Theater, Shape Workshop, Color Laboratory, Twin-light Stage, Mirror Maze, Moving Shadows, Shadow Troupe, Broken Stages, and The Last Starlight. Later work orders connect several small stages into one journey.
TAKE YOUR TIME
Editing pauses Lumi and the optical mechanisms. Ink wisps keep drifting while you observe from a safe lookout. Slow ferries and passing screens give you room to observe their rhythm. Lock a wandering lamp without stopping a moving platform. Retry freely, undo a change, or follow three free hint steps from an observation to a working arrangement. One late challenge asks you to trust the outlines without a solution hint.
A LEADERBOARD OF YOUR OWN
Save real completed attempts on your device. Compare scores, fewest edits, and fastest walk times. Filter by chapter or level. Hinted runs have their own board, and live demonstrations never change progress or records.
A LITTLE GIFT OF LIGHT
Earn stars and paper keepsakes, claim a daily cosmetic gift, and choose a favorite look. Missing a day never erases your gift progress. Music, sound, haptics, motion, contrast, and color labels can be adjusted in Settings.
