Not good for time-sensitive tasks.

I needed to use this app for audio collection, and I wish I didn’t. What was supposed to be an hour-long process took all day because of 1-2 minute wait times for every script I was supposed to read, all 368 of them. Not to mention the random timeout errors. Tech support was also unresponsive when I reached out for help.

Joke

Is this app a joke? I feel like this app is a joke. I downloaded this app because I signed up for a job, and that was on January 18th. I got the job done within 24-48 hours as requested, and here it is now February 2cnd and I STILL haven’t gotten paid for my work. This app is CLEARLY a massive scam, and tech support is completely unresponsive, as is their email team. Steer clear.

DO NOT WORK FOR THEM

I did multiple hours of dictation and the company will string you along and never pay you. Ended up having to file complaints with the department of labor and awaiting resolution. It simply is not worth it to work for them.
