Poor service, without the ability to enhance or improve. Just deleted the app.
تجربة ايجابية و لكن
بشكل عام التجربة الاولى جيدة لكن لدي عدة ملاحظات:
١- تنبيه توفر المنتجات لا يعمل. سجلت ان التطبيق ينبهني عند توفر نوع من البطاطس و البروكلي و جلست اسابيع انتظر و ما جاني اي تنبيه. تفاجأت اليوم ان كل المنتجين متوفرة و ما جاني تنبيه!
٢- اسعار التوصيل مرتفعة و غير منطقية و معظم السوبرماركات الكبرى التوصيل عندهم مجاني اذا تعدت قيمة الطلب حد معين. مو معقولة اطلب ب ٣٥٠ ريال و فوقها التوصيل مو مجاني!
٣- لا يوجد تحديد وقت معين للتوصيل يقولون لك التوصيل من الساعة ٢ الى الساعة ١٠ يعني انتظر ٨ ساعات بالبيت عشان خس و موز. كلام غير منطقي. الدانوب و التميمي و غيرهم يعطونك خيار تحديد ساعات معينة موب لازم بالساعة بس على الاقل ما بين ٤ و ٦ او ما بين ٨ و ١٠ و هكذا مو معقولة اجلس طول اليوم انتظر المندوب.
