Share-A-Cart allows you to share the contents of your cart with anyone else.
Share-A-Cart is the easiest way to share the contents of your shopping cart with anyone else! No more moving items from cart to wish list and backwards, simply "Send Cart" directly to your friend via a short ID code. The ID code is then used to load your cart from anywhere and anyone you shared this code with.
Share-A-Cart covers a wide variety of online retailers. Here is a sample list of online retailers and grocers:

Doesn't work
Got the app specifically for Kroger. Did everything as instructed. Cannot get the "Send Cart" button to highlight. And Kroger says they're not part of it. Baffling and frustrating.
Works pretty well
For IOS, I downloaded and installed it, enabled the extension, did the same for the phone to receive the the share-a-cart. Once all setup, it worked as advertised. Simply click the puzzle piece and follow the on screen prompts. The only thing I would like to see is if share-a-cart dynamically updates the list keeping them updated for added items or items that are removed or is it simply a one time sharing of a list app.
STEALING INFORMATION
Do not use this app it’s getting all your data on websites not even related to Carts. It can read and alter your information such as credit cards. The link to generate and share only shows up half the time. This app cost me money as it save a link from month ago and shared that instead of the one I clicked on with the current web page. Nowhere for a support option smh
