Major glitch on Macbook

I downloaded the game and was enjoying it until I stumbled into Sherlock’s Cloud Chase 1. The onscreen animation was explaining how to zoom in with fingers… but I don’t have a touch screen, and it won’t accept my touchpad zoom option. There is NO way to move beyond that animation and play the game, nor is there ANY way to exit the page and try another challenge in the game! I closed the game and reopened, but it insists on opening in Sherlock’s Cloud Chase 1 now, so I can’t move on with the game. My only option at this point is to uninstall the game and start over!,

The game itself is interesting, beautiful, and relaxing. At first, I enjoyed it tremendously. However, as you progress in the game, no matter how many times you successfully complete the task you are given, you are NOT given the reward you have been "searching" for, which holds up your progress on the game and leaves you playing the SAME level, over and over and over. I am sure they do this in order to get people to pay real world money for the items, but I don't spend money I could use for food and shelter on cartoon feather dusters. If we are supposed to be able to earn the items, we should be able to actually earn them. This one issue drops what would have been a 5 star review to a 3 star review and, often, causes me to stop playing the game in disgust for the day when I would otherwise have happily continued.

Hi there, thank you for your review. There is a chance element in the game that keeps it more challenging and interesting for players. Try using talismans to help you win the necessary item more quickly.

I LOVE THIS GAME! I play it several times a day...every day! It is my favorite because I love books and have read every book in the game. This could make the game boring, but NO! NO WAY! The only complaint I have is the fact that I have paid for the PREMIUM LIBRARY CARD...TWICE! Yet, I don't find it / them anywhere in the game. Perhaps I am looking in the wrong places, so i would appreciate your attention to this matter. Other than that....great game!

Deleting the game once again

I’ve had this game twice, and have deleted it once because, unless you pay for things, you just can’t advance. I thought I’d give it another shot, but it is just too annoying and frustrating - time runs out far too quickly in the match games, and the objects in the hidden objects games are far too hidden, with not enough time to find them. UNLESS, of course, you PAY for helper items. Nope! NOT doing that. And now, the game constantly freezes my MacBook, making me have to turn it off. What kind of bug/virus/spyware do you have in this game???

Thanks for your review! While some levels may be more challenging than others, it is not obligatory to make purchases to pass them - it will just take more effort. You can win tools for completing tasks and use them to skip the most difficult parts.
