Shiftloom is a shift calendar for people whose week is not Monday to Friday: nurses, firefighters, police officers, plant and warehouse crews, anyone on a rotating schedule. Choose a rotation, set the first day of the cycle, and Shiftloom shows when you work days, nights or have a day off, for any date in the past or the future. The schedule lives inside the app; nothing to sync and nothing to sign in to. ROTATIONS - Ready-made templates, each with a plain explanation of its cycle: 4 on 4 off, 2-2-3 (Pitman), DuPont, Panama, 24/48, 48/96, Continental, 5-2 Monday to Friday, 4-3 and Day-Night-Off-Off - Or build your own cycle of 1 to 56 days: tap a day to switch it between your shift types and OFF - Shift types with a name, a short label, a color, start and end times (night shifts that end the next morning are handled correctly) and an unpaid break CALENDAR - A month view with a colored label on every day - No date limit: scroll years ahead or back - Counted in whole days, so daylight saving changes never shift your schedule ONE-OFF CHANGES - Swap a shift for another one or for a day off - Add overtime - Mark leave days - Write a note for any day The rotation itself stays as it is, so next month is still right. HOURS - Planned paid hours for the week and the month, overtime shown separately - Number of shifts, days off, leave days and swaps TODAY - Today's and tomorrow's shift, your next days off and this week's hours on one screen SHIFTLOOM PRO One optional purchase, paid once, no subscription: - Several rotations side by side in one calendar: yours and a partner's, or two jobs - Pay periods of 14 or 28 days from your own start date - Export any range of days as an .ics calendar file or a CSV spreadsheet through the share sheet, then open it in the app of your choice - A Home Screen widget with today's shift and the next 7 days - Three extra themes: Slate, Ember and Night Everything else is free: one rotation, every template, the calendar without a date limit, swaps, overtime, leave, notes and hours by week and month. If you ever stop using Pro, the rotations you created stay where they are. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No analytics. No tracking. No permissions: Shiftloom does not ask for access to your calendars, contacts, location or notifications, and it contains no networking code. Your schedule stays on your iPhone. Shiftloom shows the plan you enter. It does not send reminders and does not connect to your employer's systems.
