Shotsy - GLP-1 Shot Tracker 17+

My mom takes insulin shots and told me that since I’m taking semaglutide with insulin needles, that I should use a calendar, write down any symptoms and side effects, and write down my injection site rotation. Wouldn’t you know it, there’s an app for that! This app does all of it! I’m able to track my weight, side effects, injection site rotations, and (my favorite part because I’m a science person), it shows you an estimate of how much of the medication is remaining in your system throughout the week. It even gives you a countdown until your next shot and gives you encouraging words once you’ve completed one! I purchased the yearly premium, because I wanted all of the tracking and didn’t find it to be too pricey. Highly recommend!

But get the App before you start otherwise you will wish you tracked from before you began your shots!
If track your diet with calories and protein this app really shows you both the detail and the bigger picture of your progress. I weigh daily and after 12 weeks the small fluctuations no longer matter. However this really shows progress when coupled with solid diet goals. Can’t wait until he adds exercise too.

Absolutely love this app! Love that I can easily track my shots, stats and injection location. Adding notes including side effects is an awesome feature! I do have a question on the shots screen. When I click on weight change, it changes the number and I’m not sure where the one is pulling from. I can see one is showing me difference between last weight and this weeks weight but not sure where the other number comes from.
