Great Company app needs bug fix
This is a top of the line professional audio company. They are 100% legit. I was excited to see this app, but I was unable to select my AirPods Pro (or any headphones) since the headphones list was empty.
Great sound!!! A five star work-in-progress ~
I’m listening through my wired Apple earbuds right now and the bass is THUMPING.
I do follow Acustica Audio so I know that the founder, Giancarlo Del Sordo personally tuned all the headphones in the list. Apparently just slapping an inverted EQ curve on the output can add issues or at least not solve all the issues a specific pair might have.
It’s worth spending some time with this. You don’t even need to add a room to enhance your listening experience—just the correction will get as close to perfect as your headphones can go (while being driven by an iPhone).
The app seems to have improved since a couple of the other reviews, which prompted me to write this, since there are headphones in the list and my music library did show up. I expect the list to get longer over time. The desktop version has 300 pairs.
It will only play the track if it’s downloaded but I can deal with that, and I wish it had imported my playlist folders and sub folders and not just the individual playlists (I have a lot!)
The only other real critique I have is that one I’ve selected “enhanced” or “AI” I would like those settings to stay put as I shuffle through different rooms. I have no use for “standard” lol.
I always want the best quality. This is a quality app and you can’t beat the price. I’ll be interested to see where it goes in the future, but it’s pretty awesome right now as it is.
A must have for any wireless audio device
This is probably the most important free app I own. It adds a boost to the overall audio signal as well as bass response to my Earpod pro’s that isn’t there under normal use. It is like a completely different experience with my audio that makes the immersive audio sound like I am actually present in the room with the sound. I love this app.
I will add that I have experienced a couple of crashes and glitches with the app. Nothing serious that wasn’t removed with a restart. But the immersive audio for head tracking needed restarted after starting the app. And Lock Screen access is for show only but won’t respond to touch input at all.
