** Instant Notifications, Based on Your Preferences. – Your in-app notification feed displays the information that you want it to display – including options for new lead assignments, anytime a lead saves a property or requests more information, and much more. Quickly manage your notification types and methods from inside the app.

** Save Time with Powerful Bulk Actions. – Send mass text messages, mass emails, bulk assign and unassign action plans and drip campaigns, and create a call list to more effectively call your leads.

** Connect by Voice by Creating a Call List. – Add selected leads to a call list, then use the integrated Dialer to work the phones. The call list feature integrates seamlessly across the web app and the mobile app, so you can even start in the office then head out the door – without missing a beat.

** Quickly Search Your Database for Any Lead. – The mobile app lead search experience is essentially identical to the quick lead search in the web app. Then, if you have a new lead to add, do it with ease in the mobile app’s Add Lead screen.

** View & Manage Leads by Smart Filter. – Quickly toggle from smart filter to smart filter to view and manage assigned leads and pond leads. The smart filters will exactly reflect the ones you’ve added to your web app account.

Everything is easier

Managing and leading a team as well as working with clients personally can be challenging when on the go. The new Sierra app has made staying in touch with new leads, hot leads, and current clients so much easier. Being able to see the profile, send an email, text, or call while out of the office allowed the response rate and service to be improved.

Thank you for this game-changing technology.

Terrible design and functionality

This app has been in development for how long? It is an over complicated design. The interface is absolutely confusing. This tool should be a CRM, I spend more time trying to load data for contacts, messaging, phone calls, etc. There’s no ability to look at this as a pipeline management tool. The web browser version of this app is 10 times better. I’ve given up on using this app. The desktop version is fantastic. As a CRM platform, I actually really like it. But as a CRM app it is awful. Again, cannot get over how dumb the design is and how dysfunctional the flow is. It’s simply not intuitive. Somebody tried to be overly creative rather than just being smart with the design and functionality to make it workable for people who are constantly shuffling between leads

Loving the Sierra Interactive App!

Great new app which allows quick, intuitive and expansive access to Sierra Interactive CRM for new lead entry, task lists, follow up and administration from your mobile device. Application allows the customization of lead notifications so you may choose your preferred alert types. Frequent updates continue to enhance user experience and app functionality. Very pleased with this enhancement to Sierra Interactive’s robust and powerful website/CRM platform.
