Every business card you photograph and forget. Every signature block sitting at the bottom of an email you will never search again. Sigbot turns both into a contact database you can actually use.
Sigbot reads the signature blocks in your Outlook, Gmail or IMAP inbox and pulls out the details people already sent you — name, job title, company, phone, email, location — into one searchable, exportable list. The iOS app puts that database in your pocket and adds the things you can only do in the field.

Sigbot was built for construction — general contractors, project managers, procurement leads, quantity surveyors — where one project can put you in touch with dozens of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants in a matter of weeks. It works just as well for anyone whose inbox has quietly become their CRM.
NO MANUAL ENTRY
You do not type contacts into Sigbot. It finds them in mail you have already received, and fills in the rest from the cards and codes you scan. Unlimited contacts — no per-contact credits, no counting.

Sigbot for iOS is a companion app for a Sigbot account. Create one at sigbot.co, connect your inbox, and your contacts appear here. Certain features require a higher plan.
PRIVACY
