Eye exercise sessions are fully customizable. Choose your preferred interval, and Sightly will remind you to take breaks with soothing chimes, push notifications, and on-screen prompts. Exercises like palming, blinking, and near-far focus are demonstrated with animations and short instructions, making it easy to follow along.
