Silver Halide turns a single exposure into an unrepeatable instant photograph. Press the shutter, then wait exactly thirty seconds while the image forms.
Your device becomes part of the darkroom. Tilt it to pool digital chemicals along the edges. Move gently to alter color and grain, or make a sharp motion to scar the print. Find bright light for unpredictable flares and leaks. Touch the developing image once to create a pressure bloom, or drag to leave a pressure trail. Stillness leaves its own mark.
This is destructive editing. There is no undo, no clean original, and no way back. When development ends, write on the print if you like, then keep it in Photos or discard it forever.
HOW TO RUIN IT BEAUTIFULLY
Tilt: Angle your phone left, right, or upside down to make the digital chemicals pool along the edges.
Move: Shifting the phone gently alters the color and grain, while a sharp jerk will scar the print.
Find light: Exposing the camera to bright light during the development process causes unpredictable flares and leaks.
Touch once: Tap the screen to create a soft pressure bloom, hold your finger down for a stronger effect, or drag across the screen to leave a wide trail.
Wait: The process takes thirty seconds. Both your physical actions and your stillness shape the final photograph.
