Ratings and Reviews
Very user friendly but lately cannot connect due to high traffic issue
The app is very easy to use and it is so easy to transfer to other bank accounts unlike this other major bank chain that I use. And it's free too which is a bonus. The only drawback is that when overseas, user is not able to do any money transfer since the code is sent to the user's local number sms unless one is willing to pay for roaming.
However, lately I cannot login due to high traffic error and sometimes it kept failing to login with no reason This has been going on at least for 5 days. Can it be due to the new OS 13 which I have updated my simobiplus app to the latest version?

Decent app but poor infrastructure
Been a customer of Sinarmas Bank for a while, and I have been through the pains of the older versions of the app. I like the digitalization of banking, making things more convenient. However, digitalization means you need to have decent server capacity and infrastructure, and Sinarmas seems to be a bit behind. Lately, I frequently unable to use the app because of their “high traffic.” Well, that defeats the whole purpose of having the app. Even checking your balance is not available. The poor infrastructure really ruins the whole banking experience.
