Track drinks with a tap. Review your daily history and next-morning trends in sleep, heart rate, and HRV.
Simple Drinking Log is an app for adults who want to easily record what they drink and reflect on their personal drinking patterns.
Just tap a large drink card to record the drink type, volume, alcohol percentage, estimated pure alcohol amount, and time.
You can review daily history, add, edit, or delete past logs, create custom drinks, and mark frequently used drinks as favorites.
With your permission, the app can compare your drink logs with next-morning trends in sleep, resting heart rate, and HRV through Apple Health. These insights are not medical diagnoses; they are intended as a reference for reflecting on your own records.
Drink logs are stored on your device and may sync with your private iCloud when available. No account sign-in is required.
This app is intended for adults of legal drinking age. It does not encourage drinking and is designed only for personal logging and reflection.
