Simple Rituals
Daily routines. No streaks.

iPhone
No streaks. No shame. Just the next small thing you chose. Morning stays free; the full day opens with one purchase, not a subscription. Small things, done daily.
Simple Rituals does not keep score. It keeps your place.
It shows one thing: the next ritual, in the part of the day you are actually in. Complete it, or postpone it, and the day moves on. A short "Then" line tells you what follows, so you always know what is next without having to look at everything at once.
A morning. An afternoon. An evening.
THREE WINDOWS
The day is held in three parts, and each part keeps its own rituals.
Morning - begins 6:00, ends 10:00
Afternoon - begins 12:00, ends 17:00
Evening - begins 19:00, ends 22:30
A ritual belongs to a window rather than to an exact minute, so a morning routine has shape without a clock to fall behind. Give it a time only if it needs one.
FOUR PRIORITIES
Every ritual carries one, and you choose which.
Must - non-negotiable
Should - want to, most days
Could - if time allows
Won't - intentionally parked
Won't is the priority that usually goes missing: it lets an intention stay on your list while you are openly not doing it. Nothing has to be deleted in order to be paused.
NO STREAKS. NO SHAME.
There is no chain to protect, no perfect record to defend, no number that falls because life happened. A day counts as kept if you completed anything at all. And when something cannot happen, you postpone it - the ritual moves, it does not fail. That was a decision, not an omission.
YOUR DAYS
A month calendar of the days behind you, always a tap away. Each day reads plainly - Kept. A gap here. Not yet. No record. Gaps are shown, never underlined in red. A record, not a report card.
WHAT A RITUAL IS MADE OF
A name. A window. A priority. A time, if you want one. That is the whole editor: no tags, no notes, no timer counting you down. Every field you would have to think about is one more reason not to open the app tomorrow.
GENTLE NUDGES, OR NONE AT ALL
Up to three quiet reminders a day, one at the start of each window you keep switched on. They make no sound and set no badge. They are scheduled on your iPhone rather than sent from a server, and a single switch in Settings turns them off for good.
START WITH ONE RITUAL YOU CHOSE
No email and no password to sign up - you are anonymous by default. Setup takes a moment, and the first thing it asks is that you write one ritual in your own words. Later you can use Sign in with Apple for one reason only: so your rituals come back after a reinstall, or on a new phone.
WHAT IT COSTS
The morning window is free, and stays free. The afternoon and evening windows open together with a single one-time purchase - lifetime access, charged once to your Apple Account, yours to keep. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. Restore it any time from Settings.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT FIND
No streaks, no badges, no score, no leaderboard. You start with one ritual: the one you wrote yourself. Add the next when it earns a place.
FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE DELETED A HABIT APP BEFORE
Usually on the day the streak broke - eleven days kept, the twelfth missed, and the app never opened again. Or the morning the notifications began to feel like an accusation. This one is built on the opposite assumption: that you already know what matters, that some days will be gaps, and that a quiet list you actually kept is worth more than a perfect one you abandoned in March.
If a change cannot be saved, the app says so rather than pretending it worked. Your data, and the anonymous account holding it, can be deleted from Settings whenever you like.
Made for iPhone, in one quiet light theme: cream, forest green, and a serif that does not raise its voice.

Small things, done daily.
Sign in with Apple now brings your rituals back.
If you had used Sign in with Apple before, signing in again on a new or reinstalled iPhone stopped at "Sign-in failed". It now opens your existing account, with your rituals and your days as you left them. Anything you made on this phone first is added to them, not replaced.
Two quieter fixes: turning gentle nudges off, or deleting your account, can no longer leave a reminder behind. And Skip during setup now waits for your first ritual to finish saving.
Small things, done daily.
