Faster, more accurate exports • Big exports (animated GIF, spritesheet, tileset, all frames) no longer freeze the app — they run in the background. • A failed export (full disk, ejected drive) can no longer damage or half-overwrite your existing files. • Exported PNGs preserve semi-transparent pixel colors exactly, and re-importing a sheet you exported reproduces every pixel perfectly. • Exporting into a folder warns before replacing files and points out leftover frames from an earlier export. • The export-scale option is no longer hidden in the "Export All Frames" folder dialog. Truer color • Finder and Quick Look thumbnails now match the canvas exactly — they previously rendered slightly lighter and hue-shifted. • "Extract palette from reference" now samples the whole image evenly, so it no longer misses part of your subject. • Palette .hex files import and export colors with transparency. Fixes • Changing grid size with Resample now gives the same result every time. • Changing grid size on an all-empty document keeps your frames instead of collapsing to one. • Revert To Saved correctly restores the document's saved reference image. • A damaged palette library is kept as a recovery copy instead of being overwritten. • If palette changes can't be saved, a warning now stays visible instead of appearing once. • Removing a palette color asks for confirmation first. • Dragging an image from a browser or Mail onto the canvas now loads it instead of showing a "corrupt image" error. • Sprite-sheet import preview now shows exactly what you'll get, and no longer freezes on very large sheets. • Dock-menu "Import Sprite Sheet…" now works when the app is inactive or minimized. • Flipping or rotating a large reference image no longer causes a hitch. • Corrected the Save As shortcut and other errors in the in-app Help — and Help search now works.

The PNG and JSON save together into a folder you choose. • Export scale (1×–8×) added to Current Frame PNG, All Frames PNG, and Animated GIF.
