SimplyPresent helps you put distractions on pause and make more intentional choices about your screen time. BLOCK DISTRACTIONS Choose the apps and categories you want to block, set a duration, and start from Today. You can also block broadly with All apps while keeping an allowed list available. Specifically selected apps can still be blocked, even if they are on your allowed list. BUILD A ROUTINE Create recurring schedules for work, study, or time away from your screen. Choose the days and time window that fit your routine, including overnight schedules. SET GENTLE APP INTENTIONS Choose an approximate daily open limit and a minutes-per-visit window for an app. A prompt adds a moment to reconsider. If you choose Open anyway, the app becomes available for your chosen window before blocking resumes. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Set a daily screen-time goal for selected apps and categories. Review Day and Week activity reports, goal status, and time blocked today. Time blocked measures active blocking time, not time saved or total device usage. Goal and goal-app changes apply from the next day. STAY IN CONTROL Pause, resume, or end a block from Today. Widgets and Live Activities help you keep track of a current block. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, advertisements, or tracking SDKs. Your settings and history are stored locally, and SimplyPresent does not send your Screen Time data to the developer. The app does not provide cloud sync; device or computer backups may include app data. SimplyPresent requires iOS or iPadOS 17.4 or later. Screen Time permission is required for blocking and activity reports. App Intention opens are approximate and do not count every system app launch.
