Under-standard

It's not about only the app, but for the whole system. It's time for you to upgrade your system. I got my tracking number for 4 days but it's not be found on your system. Having an application is not so important if you still have a poor delivery system. Compared to any other post offices in this world, you guys are one of the most disappointing post system for me.

Did I get scammed?

Ok I placed my order over a month ago and even tho I know COVID is messing a lot of online shipping up right now, but I still haven’t received any update on my order, I’ve tried to put in my tracking number for so many different package tracking websites and they all say the location of my item is unknown but it’s “on its way”. I’ve ordered 5 other things before and after this where some were international shipping and I’ve already received them and my tracking number started working after a few days on those orders.

It's really an OK app

It's tracking my package just fine and I like the fact it saves my tracking number. For the people it's not working for I think you're probably just doing something wrong because it's working fine for me.

Also getting your package late is no reason to rate the app so low. Grow up
