Why • Large phone photos are awkward for forms, email, and social posts. • Online compressors mean uploads. • SizeDrop keeps everything on your Mac. How it works 1. Click the SizeDrop icon in the menu bar 2. Drop images (or Choose Images…) 3. Pick Max edge or Max file size 4. Get a smaller copy named *_sizedrop — originals stay untouched Modes • Max edge — limit the longest side (default 1920 px) • Max file size — aim for a target KB size (default 500 KB) Formats JPEG, PNG, and HEIC as input. Output is JPEG (PNG kept when transparency matters). Privacy Images are processed locally. SizeDrop does not upload your photos and does not require an account. Free trial 20 compressions, then a one-time unlock for unlimited use on this Mac.
