SAN JUAN IN YOUR HANDS puts information from the Municipality of San Juan at your fingertips and facilitates the request for services not related to emergencies quickly and safely using this digital platform. Through this application you can complete a service request, receive a number to identify your request and schedule automated messages with information on status and progress, from the date you request the service until its resolution. Through geolocation technology you will be able to identify an exact location and accompany your request with photos and/or videos.
