Thorough and great service

My 16 year old son, a high school football player, had one too many injuries to his back and neck. Physical therapy and rest were not enough and he was always in discomfort and sometimes pain throughout the day, impacting his ability to focus in school and he was constantly irritable and frustrated. Dr. Eric was extremely thorough in educating us on Chiropractic care and thorough in his assessment before treating him. As a mom, he made me feel at ease and my son felt hopeful. My son began to feel significantly better with every single adjustment. It’s been a year and the treatment was such a success! I’m sure every individual case is different but for my son, chiropractic care was the best option and I HIGHLY recommend Dr Eric and his staff. I have never worked with any type of medical staff that are so consistent in their superior service. From the cleanliness of the facilities to the professionalism and attention to every detail, Dr. Eric and his staff get 5 stars across the board from us!!

Super convenient, easy to use

My chiropractor’s office uses SKED to manage appointments and it’s honestly the most convenient thing ever. Multiple members of my family receive care there and with our hectic schedules, it’s simple to open the app and reschedule or double check appointments as needed. I am able to switch between family members if I need to without leaving the main screen, no dealing w separate log ins etc. It is definitely preferable to me over calling the office or even logging into a website; everything we need is there on the app.

App Doesn’t Work for the Customer, Which Means Chiros Shouldn’t Like It

This app won’t let me cancel appointments, which still forces me to call my chiropractor’s office. And if I️ had to cancel, I️ continue to get 5 notifications on the day I️ cancelled the appointment for, which means I️ need to call them again to ensure it’s cancelled. And then I️ get a notification after said cancelled appointment saying I️ missed my appointment. It won’t let me turn off notifications in the settings. It’s a junk app that only chiropractors seem to be liking because of the functionality it should have. But if I’m having this many problems then I️ know others are too. I️ can’t imagine how much chiropractic practices are paying to end up getting multiple calls from their clients anyway. And then their clients are irritated because of this crappy app.

We absolutely love having sked in the practice! I fully believe we wouldn't have all the practice members or adjustment visits as we do if we didn't have Sked. So many of our practice members talk about how much they love having an app and text reminders. Makes things simple. Can't skip all the phone calls though! Still gotta use the phone, but Sked is amazing and totally worth it!!
