I wanted to change some things in my life, but I could not stick with anything. Frustrating! Then I thought about using my phone which goes with me everywhere. I stumbled upon HabitCoach and I immediately thought it was a fantastic idea. These folks have done the hard work of extracting the action steps from many of the best books available. These individual daily steps have been incorporated into this system that helps you turn daily actions into habits. And they are the good habits that you want because you choose them one at a time. I can’t explain it, but this is working for me. And now I use it on both my iPad and iPhone throughout the day and it always updates. There is a 7 day trial period to try just a couple of things and see if you like it. It’s working for me.
Really clever way to condense super interesting information
In love with this app. I've used a few other apps to try to learn faster, but Habit Coach is now my favorite because it strips down each book to a few main takeaways that I can put into practice immediately. I've basically stopped using any other app because this one does everything I need in less time. Good selection of books to choose from on a pretty broad range of personal development topics. I definitely recommend! A++
LOVE THIS APP
I love books and especially self help books. I have tried so many habit tracker apps. I thought I had seen them all. Then came HabitCoach. It’s the most useful app ever! It’s just perfect! It has all the best books and you get to read summaries of the books that resonate most with you, and then you choose action items to help you achieve whatever your feel you need to improve on. It’s fun, it’s easy, and you can choose many daily actions or just one. I just love it!
