Promising, but lack a few yards

I really loved this app, but it still needs a little finetuning. My primary concern is that it updates my information too slowly. In it self not a problem, but if the friends location is to have any value, it needs to show the location of my friends in realtime. No need in knowing what lift my friends rode 3 hours ago...

Useless

You have to create an a count before being able to use the app...
Cannot do booking. You are supposed to go to website, but when you click the link within the app it does not open said website.
Anyway, i downloaded the app because the dates picker on your website does not work. I just could not do any reservation....
A terrible experience accross web AND mobile. Pathetic.

Hi, thanks for your review. You can use our app without an account for all functions beside personal info such as your personal booking info and personal skiing statistics.

Our SkiStar-app is primarily for on-site guests and you can therefore not book your vacation in advance through our app. Please use skistar.com which is our "one-stop-shop" where it's possible to buy lodging, skipass, ski school and much more!

I would appreciate if you can send me an email to jj@skistar.com with more info about why the date picker didn't work for you. Our goal is to listen to our customers and try to be better every year. It's therefore important for us to continuously have constructive feedback from our customers.

Unacceptable failure

When I finished going on vacation I wanted to see my skiing stats so I downloaded this app. I logged in with my ski pass. I was expecting to see my stats but they weren’t there because you have to download the app before skiing. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Hi, you can download our app before, during or up to the end of the season and create an account and add your SkiPass to get your skiing statistics (or add to your current/old account). This is because it's actually not the app that measures your runs. Your SkiPass register every run when you blip it at our SkiPass readers at each lift. Please add your SkiPass to your account and wait for a couple of minutes. You should then have your rides. :)

Please note that our app only works on SkiStar resorts (as runs at registered in SkiPass readers and NOT by your phone). SkiStar resorts is Sälen, Åre, Vemdalen, Hammarbybacken, Trysil, Hemsedal and St. Johann in Tirol. You can't use a SkiPass which has been registered on another account as well (the other account will in that case get the runs).
