Since 3 days now have been trying to login , I can’t remember my password and have been pressing forgotten password after everything it will just say requested parameter validation failed “ while for what reason

This Skycargo is not helping us at all
Since Monday my goods have been stuck at working on clearance this is not fair you are not helping us at all you are just making things hard for we retailers when you keep delaying orders who will want to buy from us again I regret using your airline this time around once I got my goods I’m done with you their way of addressing customer is also bad
Greedy organization
How on earth will you be using back market when all our transactions are normally bank transactions even your rate is far more then bureau de change rate, You guys are working hard to kill startups business
And for your application how on earth will you have a default location and I set the location only for you to go ahead and deliver it somewhere else
