This application is designed for on-site use at the Slavonski Brod Visitor Center and is intended to be used exclusively within the exhibition spaces of the visitor center. The app delivers an augmented reality (AR) experience that enhances the visitor experience by combining scientific and historical content with interactive 3D visualizations. Augmented reality content is activated by framing QR codes that are physically installed throughout the visitor center. These QR codes are required for the app to function correctly and cannot be accessed remotely. Once a QR code is detected, the app displays 3D models in augmented reality, including: The planets of the Solar System, presented as educational scientific models A 3D reconstruction of the Slavonski Brod Fortress, allowing visitors to explore the historical architecture in AR Each 3D model is accompanied by: Audio informational content, designed to support guided and self-guided visits Textual descriptions, providing scientific and historical explanations related to the displayed content The app does not include user-generated content, external links, in-app purchases, or account creation. It is intended solely as an educational and cultural tool to support visitors in exploring astronomy and local history through augmented reality.
