POSSIBLE CHANGES PLS

I’d like to request 2 things. First, can you make the shopping list more user friendly by allowing the user to sort the list by category? It’s so much easier to shop in store when everything is grouped in the way that we shop…..by category/department. Even the ability to manually move items up and down the list would be ok. Secondly, please redesign the list so that it’s more compact. Allowing the user to see many more than 2 items on the screen at a time.
Also, Thank you for adding the ability to add items to my list from the ad. That was very much needed. I also appreciate the app letting me know if there’s a coupon available for items I’ve added to my list. That is a huge convenience especially with the inflation we’re having.

Can’t sign in

I have read most of the comments regarding the app. I agree 100%. I stood on the store 20 minutes trying to log in. I changed my password five times in each time it said it wasn’t the correct password
I finally gave up and started shopping. I was able to clip the coupon in a different area but it was a online or delivery thing. I asked for help at the checkout they don’t know how to run the app so I had to pay full price for different things that I went there specifically for. Then once I checked out, stood over to the side and tried three times again to login so I could maybe get my credit for the food that I had bought and the items but again I keep getting nothing I can’t. She goes where you’re on the website and not on the app. I’ve deleted the app I’ve rebooted the app I’ve re-created and re-registered and it is still impossible so someone needs to work on your app because I used to love going in there that you didn’t have to do all this work and now it’s a pain in the you know what so please someone work on this so we can continue to have a good quick and easy way to check out without wasting our valuable time and yours

You need a new app developer

This app is SO frustrating to use.
It has mobile coupons. LOVE THAT. Problem is, often you can’t read how much the coupon is. Sometimes it will say $1.00 off, other times It only shows the product and merely says “when you buy ONE Emergen-C”. It doesn’t show how much the coupon takes off. Is it 25¢? Is it $5???
If you answer a call or text (anythingthat takes you out of the app, it forces you to refresh and restart you’re session. Want to screenshot and share a coupon you see? Even though you don’t leave the page, forces you to refresh.
I don’t understand how their team can put this app out there and be happy with it. Or do they just think, “Well, it’s better than nothing!” That’s a HORRIBLE outlook. I looked at when the last update was and it was a month ago. What was it like before that?!?
I prefer shopping at Smart and Final. Your meat cuts are great. Produce is normally great (I know you’re having distribution issues right now), baked goods are great but this app HAS to be improved!!!
